Leadra.io is operated by Bridge Supply Co LLC (referred to in this policy as “we”, “us”, “our”, “Leadra”, or “Bridge Supply Co LLC”). We install AI systems for service businesses across the United States. We are headquartered in Charlotte, North Carolina.

This Privacy Policy applies to information collected through the website at https://leadra.io, all subdomains operated by us, our chat widget, our outbound voice agent, our SMS program, our email marketing, and any other service that links to this policy.

We collect information you choose to give us and a small amount of technical information that browsers send automatically.

Information you give us

• Contact details: first name, last name, email address, phone number, company name.
• Business details you enter into our forms or quizzes: website URL, industry, monthly revenue range, monthly operations spend, biggest loss point, current tools, pain points, goals.
• Voice and call data when you talk to our AI voice agent: transcript, call duration, call outcome, recording (used for quality and training).
• Payment information when you start a paid trial or buy a service. Card data is collected and stored by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number.
• Anything else you choose to share by email, SMS, chat, or call.

Information collected automatically

• Browser type, device type, language, screen size, IP address (truncated where possible).
• Pages viewed on our site, time on page, referring URL, UTM parameters.
• Cookies and tracking pixels (see “Cookies and tracking” below).

We use your information to:

• Generate and deliver the AI business audit, ROI report, SEO check, and other tools you request.
• Respond to your support requests, schedule appointments, follow up on inquiries, and coordinate calls.
• Send you transactional messages (your audit link, your booking confirmation, your invoice).
• Send you marketing messages (offers, discounts, event promotions, service announcements) when you have opted in.
• Personalize the site and our recommendations.
• Measure performance of our website, ads, and content.
• Protect against fraud and abuse, and to comply with the law.

By providing your mobile phone number and checking a consent box on our website chat widget, you agree to receive text messages from Bridge Supply Co LLC (operating as Leadra.io). We offer two independent, separately collected types of messages:

1. Customer Care messages— responses to support requests, ticket updates, appointment coordination, and follow-ups related to an existing inquiry.
2. Promotional messages— special offers, discounts, event promotions, and service announcements.

Consent for each message type is collected through separate, unchecked-by-default checkboxes. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP, and you can get help by replying HELP.

Mobile information and SMS opt-in consent will NOT be shared with, sold to, or disclosed to any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. SMS opt-in data and consent are excluded from all other data-sharing categories described in this policy. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent is never shared with any third parties.

We use cookies and similar technologies on leadra.io for analytics, attribution, and advertising. These include:

• The Meta (Facebook) Pixel, used to measure ad performance and build retargeting audiences. Pixel events fire only when you submit a form, request an audit, or take a similar conversion action.
• Standard browser cookies that keep you signed in to forms in progress.
• Vendor cookies set by tools we use to operate the site (Stripe for payments, Brevo for email, GoHighLevel for CRM, Vapi for voice, Calendly for booking).

You can block cookies in your browser settings. Blocking cookies may prevent some parts of the site from working.

We share the minimum necessary data with the following service providers so they can perform their function on our behalf. Each operates under their own privacy policy.

• Brevo — email delivery, transactional and marketing.
• GoHighLevel — customer relationship management.
• Stripe — payment processing.
• Vapi — AI voice agent.
• Anthropic (Claude) — generates the natural-language portions of your audit.
• Calendly — meeting scheduling.
• Netlify — website hosting and serverless functions.
• Meta (Facebook) — advertising and conversion measurement.
• Web3Forms — backend email notification routing.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your mobile phone number or SMS opt-in consent with any third party, ever, as described in section 04 above.

We keep the information you give us for as long as needed to provide the services you requested, to comply with our legal obligations, to resolve disputes, and to enforce our agreements.

Audit reports remain accessible to you for 90 days from the date of generation. Call recordings are stored by Vapi for up to 90 days unless you ask us to delete them sooner. Marketing email contacts are kept until you unsubscribe.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

• Request access to the personal information we hold about you.
• Request correction of inaccurate information.
• Request deletion of your information.
• Opt out of marketing emails (every marketing email contains an unsubscribe link).
• Opt out of marketing SMS by replying STOP.
• Withdraw consent for processing that relies on consent.

Leadra.io is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has given us information, please email info@bridgesupplyco.com and we will delete it.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information, including encryption in transit (TLS), least-privilege access controls, and server-side handling of all secrets and payment data. No system is perfectly secure. If we ever become aware of a breach affecting your data, we will notify you and the appropriate authorities as required by law.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last updated. Material changes will be communicated by email or by a clear notice on the site before they take effect.
