Leadra.io builds your website with $0 design fees. You only pay monthly for hosting after your site is delivered and live. This program is offered by Bridge Supply Co LLC d/b/a Leadra.io (“Leadra”).

What you get for $0:

• Up to 4 fully-designed, mobile-first pages
• AI-search-optimized (FAQPage, LocalBusiness, Service schema)
• Hosting infrastructure setup (CDN, SSL, performance)
• One revision pass before final delivery
• Delivery in 14 days (or 24 hours with rush add-on)

What is not included in $0: add-ons (see price list below), content writing, photography, logo design, domain registration, payment integrations, or any modifications after final delivery.

The free build requires an active hosting subscription. You choose at signup:

Stripe collects your card at signup but does not charge until the 14-day free trial ends. The trial begins when you submit your card and continues until your site is delivered or 14 days pass — whichever is later (Leadra may adjust the trial end date when delivery takes longer than 14 days).

Early cancellation: Cancellation before the end of your committed term (6 or 12 months) is permitted, but you owe one of: (a) the remaining months at the monthly rate, billed as a single termination invoice, OR (b) Leadra retains all design files, source code, and assets created during the build. You may not move the site to another host without paying option (a) in full.

The free build includes one round of revisions before final delivery. This means: you review the first draft, send all changes in one batch, we apply them, you sign off, the site goes live.

Any changes after final delivery — design, copy, layout, functionality — are billed at $79/hr (1-hour minimum) or via the add-on price list below. There are no exceptions. Submit your brief carefully and gather all feedback before sign-off.

Why this rule exists:the free build economics only work because scope is fixed. We'd rather price post-launch changes transparently than turn you away.

You are responsible for providing all copy (text) for your website, unless you purchase the Content Writing add-on at $50/page. Stock photo selection from royalty-free libraries is included at no charge; premium licensed photos or AI-generated custom photography are paid add-ons (see price list).

Logos and brand identityare not included. If you don't have a logo, the Logo Design add-on is $99 and includes 2 concepts + 1 revision.

You must own or have license to any content you provide (text, images, video, audio, fonts). Leadra is not liable for IP infringement caused by client-provided content.

Domain registration is not included in the free build. You can:

• Bring an existing domain you own (free — just point DNS to our hosting)
• Have Leadra register one for you ($19 setup fee + actual cost of the domain, typically $12-25/year, billed to you)

Email setup (Google Workspace or Zoho Mail) is a separate $29 setup fee plus the ongoing cost of the email provider (typically $6-12/user/month, billed by them).

During the 14-day trial: You may cancel anytime in Stripe and you will not be charged. If you cancel during the trial, Leadra reserves the right to cease work on your build, and any work-in-progress assets become Leadra property.

After the trial begins: Hosting fees are non-refundable. Cancellation of your committed term is governed by section 02.

If we cannot deliver: In the rare case Leadra cannot deliver your site as briefed (e.g., illegal content request, impossible scope, our internal capacity issue), we will refund any add-ons paid and cancel your hosting subscription with no penalty.

Leadra reserves the right to refuse or terminate service for:

• Incomplete or false information in the brief
• Non-business / personal vanity sites with no revenue intent
• Adult, illegal, hateful, or fraudulent content
• Cryptocurrency/MLM/get-rich-quick businesses
• Prior cancellation of a Leadra agreement
• Disputed or fraudulent payment history
• Sites used to compete directly with Leadra in the AI implementation space
• Repeated abuse of the revision policy or scope creep

We may also limit one free build per business, per legal entity, per address, and per individual. The program is not stackable with other Leadra offers unless explicitly stated.

You own:

• Your domain (always)
• Your content — copy, photos, logos you provided
• License to the design and code while your hosting subscription is active

Leadra retains:

• The underlying code framework and design system patterns (which are reused across many clients)
• Rights to display your site in a portfolio / case study (anonymized if you request)
• The right to host other client sites on the same infrastructure

If your hosting subscription remains active for 12+ months: upon cancellation you may request an export of the static HTML/CSS/JS files for your site (no proprietary CMS or framework code). One export, one request.

Leadra provides the website “as-is”. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes (rankings, conversions, leads, revenue) from the website itself, though we make every reasonable effort to optimize it. Leadra's total liability under this program is capped at the total amount you paid to Leadra in the prior 12 months.

We are not liable for: third-party service outages (Stripe, Twilio, hosting provider, CDN), DNS misconfiguration on your end, content you provide, or business decisions made based on website analytics.

All add-ons are billed one-time. Add-ons may be added during the brief submission, or later via written request. Add-ons added after delivery are subject to current published pricing on this page.

Post-launch hourly rate: $79/hour (1-hour minimum) for any design or functionality change not covered by an add-on above.

Recurring add-ons: Priority support tier ($49/mo) and Monthly content updates ($99/mo) are billed alongside your hosting subscription.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware. Any dispute will be resolved by binding arbitration in Charlotte, North Carolina, except small-claims court actions. You agree not to participate in class actions.

By submitting your build brief through the Free Website funnel, by signing up via the Stripe payment link, or by allowing Leadra to begin work on your project, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full.

These terms supersede any prior verbal or written communication. Amendments must be in writing and signed by both parties.
